Temporary Road Closures, Temporary Speed Restriction – Various Roads, Countywide 2025 (No.46)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14 because of works on or near the road.

ROADS TO BE CLOSED: those parts of the following roads:

1) Salt Lane, Beauworth, Winchester between its junction with Belmore and its junction with Millbarrows

2)Hatherden Lane, Tangley, Test Valley between its junction with Newbury Hill and its junction with Goddards Lane

3)Tidworth Road, Fyfield, Test Valley between its junction with A342 and its junction with Deacon Road

4) Belvoir Close, Andover, Test Valley between its junction with Elmhurst Road and its termination

5)Millway Road, Andover, Test Valley between its junction with Salisbury Road and its junction with Weyhill Road

TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION – To impose a 30 mph temporary speed restriction on the following road:

Botley Road, North Baddesley, Test Valley between its junction with Insert Road Name and its junction with Insert Road Name.

TEMPORARY NO WAITING AT ANY TIME – To temporarily impose a No Waiting At Any Time at The Broadway, Winchester for the whole extent of the payment parking bays in front of the Guildhall on the south side. The current rules (Mon-Sat, 8am–6pm, Max stay 1hr, no return in 2 hrs) is suspended. The extent of the bay will be subject to No Waiting At Any Time, except Park and Ride buses.

THE NO WAITING AT ANY TIME RESTRICTION WILL BE IN FORCE BETWEEN THE 21st NOVEMBER and 22nd DECEMBER.
