What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE –
MARTINS LANE, CHILBOLTON, TEST VALLEY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED:
That part of Martins Lane between its junction with Birch Grove and its junction with Thirt Way.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE:
Winchester Road, B3420, A30.
DURATION OF ORDER:
From Saturday 29th November 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 2 days working between the hours 21:00-06:00).
