Epsom Road - Proposal To Install A Stand-Alone Signal-Controlled Pedestrian Facility (Pedex Crossing)
What is happening?

Proposed Signal-Controlled Pedestrian Facility
(Pedex Crossing) in Epsom Road, Guildford
Surrey County Council in exercise of their powers under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Section 23(2)(A) of the said Act of 1984, propose to install a stand-alone signal-controlled pedestrian facility (Pedex crossing) on Epsom Road (A246) Guildford.
The Pedex crossing will be located 22.6 metres west of the centre of its junction with Upper Edgeborough Road. The crossing will be 2.4m wide.
