What is happening?

THE SHROPSHIRE COUNCIL
(PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2009 (B4386 CHIRBURY)
(AMENDMENT) ORDER



Shropshire Council proposes to introduce the following parking restrictions on the B4386 at Chirbury:

Prohibition of Stopping on School Keep Clear markings
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
B4386 (northwest side) From a point 15 metres northeast of the property boundary of Tara and the Chirbury Primary School for a distance of 25.56 metres in a south-westerly direction.

(SPEED LIMITS) (PART 2) ORDER 2007 (AMENDMENT) ORDER

Shropshire Council proposes to introduce the following speed limits in Chirbury:

Variable 20mph/30mph when indicated by signing
No person may drive any motor vehicle, other than an exempted vehicle, at a
speed exceeding 20 miles per hour on the length of the roads named below
during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs. At all other
times, the length specified shall be subject to a 30mph speed limit.
B4386 That length of B4386 from its junction with
A490 to a point 42 metres northeast of the
northernmost property boundary of Macathro.
Horseshoe Road In its entirety.
Camlad Cottages The whole of the adopted length.

B4386 That length of B4386 from a point 42 metres northeast of the northernmost property boundary of Macathro to a point 60 metres north of the centre of the access to Crofton and Monksfield.


Any existing speed limits at the above locations will be revoked.
