What is happening?
PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Wolverhampton City Council propose to make the following Order under Sections 1, 2,124(1)(d) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order is as follows:
THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (WEDNESFIELD) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO 3) ORDER 2025
This Order will prohibit any vehicle to wait at any time on any day in parts of Longford Road and Unnamed Road currently in development as specified on the Plan.
A copy of the Draft Order, Statement of Reason and Plan showing the parts of the roads affected by the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at Main Reception, Civic Centre, St Peter's Square, Wolverhampton or viewed online at

commercial.property@wolverhampton.gov.uk.
Any objection(s) to the proposed Order should be made in writing to the undersigned by Friday 19th December 2025 stating the ground(s) for the objection(s).
