(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2025

The Scottish Borders Council (B6461 West Fishwick) (Temporary Closing) Order 2025 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 2 December 2025 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of nine days between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 each day. The Order is required for patching works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the B6461 at West Fishwick to New Horndean.

The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via the B6437, B6460 and B6461 to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing. A map showing the restriction and alternative routes can be seen at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk.
