(U95400 Hanley Childe/U95401 Hanley Childe) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of Closure 1 – U95400 Hanley Childe from its junction with U95401 Hanley Childe for a distance of 100 metres in a westerly direction and 100 metres in an easterly direction.

Closure 2 – U95401 Hanley Childe from its junction with U95400 Hanley Childe for a distance of 60 metres in a southerly direction.

Reason: Pole replacement by Openreach.

Alternative route: No diversion due to location being a cul de sac.

Maximum duration: 18 Months.

Anticipated duration: 1 day.

Commencing: 26 November 2025.

(U63111 Priory Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U63111 Priory Rd from its junction with U63111 Woodshears Rd to its junction with U63114 Clarence Rd.

Reason: Drainage Work by WCC.

Alternative route: U63111 Woodshears Rd, U63113 Albert Rd South, U63114 Clarence Rd, and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months.

Anticipated duration: 5 days.

Commencing: 15 December 2025.

(U63209 Davenham Close, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U63209 Davenham Cl from its junction with U63208 Sling Ln to its junction with U63209 Davenham Cl.

Reason: New dropped kerb for vehicle crossing by WCC.

Alternative route: U63209 Davenham Cl (part), U63210 Clerkenwell Cres, U63208 Sling Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months.

Anticipated duration: 1 day between 15 December and 18 December 2025.

(U63304 Mayfield Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure)

and The County of Hereford and Worcester (Mayfield Road, Malvern) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1996 (Temporary Suspension) Order 2025

Proposed Order:

To close that part of U63304 Mayfield Rd from its junction with C2260 Madresfield Rd to its junction with U63347 North End Ln and to temporarily suspend the County of Hereford and Worcester (Mayfield Road, Malvern) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1996 to allow two-way traffic to enable access for residents and businesses for the duration of the Order.

Reason: Drainage and flood alleviation work by WCC.

Alternative route: C2260 Madresfield Rd, U63338 Orford Way, B4208 North End Ln.

Maximum duration: 18 Months.

Anticipated duration: 2 days.

Commencing: 15 December 2025.

(U63447 Half Key, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order:

To close that part of U63447 Half Key from its junction with U63448 Dragons Ln to its junction with U63447 Halfkey Rd.

Reason: Renewal of Pole by Openreach.

Alternative route: U63447 Halfkey Rd, B4503 Upper Interfields, B4503 Lower Interfields, A4103 Leigh Sinton, A4103 Dragon Cross, U63447 Half Key (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months.

Anticipated duration: 1 day.

Commencing: 17 December 2025.

(U63149 Storer Court, Malvern)

and The County of Hereford and Worcester (Storer Court, Malvern) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1994 (Temporary Suspension) Order 2025

Proposed Order:

To temporarily suspend one-way traffic on U63149 Storer Court from its junction with U63120 Geraldine Road to enable two-way traffic for a distance of 130 metres in a southerly direction to the No Through Access point on private road.

The County of Hereford and Worcester (Storer Court, Malvern) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1994 is hereby temporarily suspended for the duration of the Order.

Reason: For safe passage for residents due to new development works by Cameron Homes.

Alternative route: No diversion route necessary — two-way traffic imposed.

Maximum duration: 18 Months.

Anticipated duration: 533 days (24hrs).

Commencing: 15 December 2025.

EXEMPTIONS:

TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.
