ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
What is happening?
Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
PERCIVAL DRIVE, HARBURY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable repair/replacement of defective manhole cover and frame.
Order Commences: 2 December 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 2 December 2025.
Access & Diversion: No Diversion.
Contractor: CSP, Tel: 07918 298 599.
VICARAGE ROAD, NAPTON ON THE HILL
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable installation on water network.
Order Commences: 29 November 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 30 November 2025.
Access & Diversion: Vicarage Road, Butt Hill, Southam Road, Daventry Road, Welsh Road East, Holt Road, Napton Holt Road, Thorntons Lane, Chapel Green Road, New Street, High Street, Hackwell Street and vice versa.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
A425 LEAMINGTON ROAD & BANBURY ROAD, SOUTHAM
Order Effect: Traffic will be prohibited from making a Right Turn from A425 Leamington Road onto Banbury Road and also from Banbury Road onto A425 Leamington Road.
Reason for Order: For public safety while works on the new Aldi development are in progress.
Order Commences: 1 December 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 23 January 2026.
Access & Diversion: Leamington Road, Warwick Road, Warwick Street, Oxford Street, Banbury Road and vice versa.

WORMLEIGHTON ROAD, PRIORS HARDWICK
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to install new water connection.
Order Commences: 15 December 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 17 December 2025.
Access & Diversion: Wormleighton Road, Welsh Road, Church End and vice versa.
Contractor: Go Traffic Management Limited, Tel: 01158 965 832.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
