Tranby Ride, Anlaby - Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic For Telecoms Works

What is happening?

THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE COUNCIL
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
TRANBY RIDE, ANLABY (PART)

East Riding of Yorkshire Council has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed along Tranby Ride, Anlaby (between Tower View and the dead end part of the road). The reason for the closure is to enable the proposed telecoms works, to be carried out and completed in a manner consistent with ensuring the safety of the public. It is anticipated that the works will be completed within the given time. There is no alternative route for traffic affected by this closure. The road will be closed to all through traffic but remain open at all times to pedestrians and for vehicular access to properties directly affected by the closure and for emergency services only.
The Order will commence Monday 8 December 2025 (between 08.00 hours and 18.00 hours and continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
