40 mph Speed Limit Extension, B6451, Menwith Hill Order 2026 Notice is hereby given that The North Yorkshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84(1) & (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 40 mph on any length of road specified below:- B6451 from a point 150 metres south of the Steeplebush Gate of RAF Menwith Hill in a southerly direction for 60 metres.
