The North Yorkshire Council, Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, Harrogate, Knaresborough, Pannal & Burn Bridge, Amendment No 50, Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that on 17/11/25 The North Yorkshire Council made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) 7 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend “North Yorkshire County Council (Harrogate, Knaresborough, Pannal & Burn Bridge) (Parking & Waiting) (No 16) Order 2013” & the “North Yorkshire County Council (Harrogate, Knaresborough, Pannal & Burn Bridge) (Parking & Waiting) (No 23) Order 2016” by introducing the restrictions specified in the Schedules below:- Schedule 1 - Waiting Prohibited At All Times With Exemptions Station Parade, Harrogate, South East side from a point 19 metres south-west of its junction with Bower Road to a point 42 metres south-west of its junction with Bower Road. Station Parade, Harrogate, South East side from a point 47 metres south-west of its junction with Bower Road to a point 44 metres north east of its junction with Bower Street. Station Parade, Harrogate, South East side from a point 18 metres north east of its junction with Bower Street to a point 38 metres north east of its junction with Bower Street. If you wish to question the validity of the above Order or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks of 17/11/25 make application to the High Court for the purpose.
