fod Cyngor Gwynedd yn bwriadu dim llai na saith niwrnod ar ôl dyddiad y rhybudd hwn wneud Gorchymyn fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw berson rhag peri i unrhyw gerbyd fynd mewn unrhyw gyfeiriad ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Ffordd y B4391 yn Llan Ffestiniog o’i gyffordd gyda’r A4212 gan deithio mewn cyfeiriad gogledd orllewinol hyd at y gyffordd gyda’r B4407, Llan Ffestiniog.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn ar sail iechyd a diogelwch i’r cyhoedd yn ystod gwaith ar ran Scottish Power.

Y ffordd arall yw teithio mewn cyfeiriad de orllewinol ar yr A4212 yna troi i’r dde yn y gyffordd gyda’r A470 yn Nhrawsfynydd. Dilyn y ffordd hon mewn cyfeiriad gogleddol. Yn y gyffordd ger Hen Eglwys Tŷ Nant yng Ngellilydan, troi i’r dde i barhau ar yr A470 mewn cyfeiriad gogledd ddwyrieniol hyd at ycaead ac i’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer cerbydau sydd yn teithio i’r cyfeiriad arall. Bydd mynediad ar gael i drigolion.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar y 24ain o Ragfyr 2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd hwy na thair mis neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir y gellir cwblhau’r gwaith o fewn tua 65 diwrnod. DYDDIEDIG: 3ydd o Ragfyr 2025

THE GWYNEDD COUNCIL
(B4391 ROAD IN LLAN FFESTINIOG)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gwynedd Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed in either direction along that length of B4391 Road in
Llan Ffestiniog from its junction with the A4212 travelling north westerly up to the junction with the B4407, Llan Ffestiniog.

The Order is necessary on health and safety grounds to the public during works on behalf of Scottish Power.

The alternative route is to travel south westerly on the A4212 then turn right at the junction with the A470 in Trawsfynydd. Follow this road in a northerly direction. At the junction by Hen Eglwys Tŷ Nant in Gellilydan, turn right to continue on the A470 in a north easterly direction up to the closure and vice versa for vehicles travelling in the opposite direction. Access will be maintained for residents.

The Order comes into effect on the 24th of December, 2025 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding three months or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. At this stage it is anticipated that the work will be completed within approximately 65 days,
