THE FIFE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, OAKLEY AND COMRIE) (SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 2025

Fife Council propose to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce speed limits on the roads in Oakley and Comrie as follows:- 20 mph speed limit – A907 Carnock Road and Blairwood Terrace, Oakley and Main Street, Comrie from approx. 154 metres east of the extended east kerbline of Station Road, Oakley to approx. 38 metres west of the extended west kerbline of Porterfield, Comrie; C19 from the junction with A907 northerly for approx. 41 metres; Blairwood Terrace (cul-de-sac), Oakley Industrial Estate, School Grove and John McNay Court, Oakley for their entire lengths; and Station Road, Oakley from approx. 53 metres south of the extended south kerbline of Old Mill Lane southerly for approx. 54 metres: 40 mph speed limit – A907 Blairhall to Comrie from approx. 85 metres west of the projected west kerbline of Rintoul Place, Blairhall easterly to approx. 38 metres west of the extended west kerbline of Porterfield, Comrie. The existing 30 mph on the A907 Carnock Road, Oakley from approx. 154 metres east of the extended east kerbline of Station Road easterly for approx. 211 metres remains the same.
