THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (PROHIBITION OF

WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING) AND (ON-STREET

PARKING PLACES) ORDER 202* 

(AMENDMENT NO *) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council proposes to make the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, introduce a raised table crossing under the Highways Act 1980 (Sections 90A-90F) and convert sections of existing footway to Shared Use under Section 65 of the Highways Act 1980, Section 3(1) of the Cycle Tracks Act 1984 and Regulation 3 of the Cycle Tracks Regulations 1984.

The effect of the Order is to amend the existing parking restrictions to accommodate the proposed crossing and relocated bus stops as part of crossing improvements on Thame Road, Haddenham. Several proposals have been made and are listed below:
