What is happening?

ABERDEENSHIRE COUNCIL

C28B – TEMPORARY 30MPH SPEED LIMIT

“The Aberdeenshire Council (C28B Leys to Artlaw Road - 26.11.25) (Temporary 30mph Speed Limit) Order, 2025” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.

The order will operate from 26.11.25 for 18 months and will introduce a 30mph speed limit on the C28B Leys to Artlaw Road from the U31B westwards for approximately 1km.

The temporary speed limit is necessary in the interests of public safety due to works in connection with cable installations.
