(Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.74) Order 202*
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 47, 49, 53, and Parts IV and III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
Effect of the order
1. To Revoke: ‘Disabled Badge Holders Only’ Bay.

Proposed Implementation of a Raised Table on Station Approach, Harlow
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to implement the above under Section 90(A-F) of the Highways Act 1980.
Effect of the Proposal:
To Implement: a ‘Raised Table’.

(Footpath, Risdens, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
Effect of the order:
To temporarily close Footpath, Risdens in the District of Harlow from a point approximately 25 metres north of Princeybrook Road for approximately 5 metres north.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 24 November 2025 to 26 November 2025 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while a new electricity connection is undertaken.
Alternative route: Risdens and Princeybrook Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 24 November 2025 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Woodgreen Road, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
To temporarily close that length of Woodgreen Road, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 85m south west of its junction with Upshire Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a south westerly direction.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th December 2025 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30003664306 – UK Power Networks).
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Woodgreen Road, A121, Honey Lane, Farm Hill Road, Crooked Mile, Parklands, Upshire Road, Woodgreen Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 27th November 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Millers Lane, Chigwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
To temporarily close that length of Millers Lane, Chigwell in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Lambourne Road for a distance of approximately 350m in a north easterly direction.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th December 2025 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (MU026SA-2027755 – Thames Water).
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while sewer cleaning works are undertaken by Thames Water.
An alternative route is available via Lambourne Road, Romford Road, Gravel Lane, Pudding Lane and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 13th November 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
