What is happening?

PUBLIC NOTICES

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Inverallan Road, Bridge of Allan) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 21-11-25.

This Order will:- Introduce ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions on Inverallan Road, Bridge of Allan, to reduce congestion and allow sufficient space for traffic to flow.

A COPY of the Order can be provided by e-mailing traffic@stirling.gov.uk.

Anyone wishing to question the validity of this order, should write to the Court of Session within 6 weeks of 21-11-25.

The COUNCIL propose to make the Stirling Council (On-Street Parking Spaces for Disabled Persons) (Revocation No 14) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

The ORDER will remove the disabled persons parking space at the location detailed in the Schedule hereto.

Objectors must state their reasons in writing to the Head of Service, Environment and Place by e-mailing traffic@stirling.gov.uk quoting the appropriate reference by 17-12-25.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Borestone Crescent, St Ninians, Stirling) (Temporary Suspension of Parking) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 21-11-25.

This Order will suspend the parking on: Borestone Crescent On the east side of the road from its junction with Main Street to the boundary of No’s 39-41 Borestone Crescent from 1830 hours until 2200 hours on 16-12-25 to facilitate land services works.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Etive Place, Cornton, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Suspension of Parking - Amendment No 2) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 21-11-25.

This Order will close:-

Etive Place From its junction with Johnston Avenue to the point where it meets Strathmore Drive.

This Order will also suspend the parking on:- Etive Place From its junction with Johnston Avenue in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 50 metres or thereby from 0800 hours until 1800 hours from 29-11-25 until 7-12-25 to facilitate roads maintenance works.

Emergency service access will be maintained and local access will be maintained when possible.

Alternative Routes: via Strathmore Drive, Voil Road, Vorlich Place, Ruskie Road, Johnston Avenue and vice versa.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Mayfield Street, St Ninians, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Suspension of Parking - Amendment No 2) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 21-11-25.

This Order will close and suspend the parking on:- Mayfield Street From its westerly junction with Drumpark Street to its easterly junction with Drumpark Street from 0800 hours until 1800 hours from 1-12-25 until 14-12-25 to facilitate roads maintenance works.

Emergency service access will be maintained and local access will be maintained when possible.

Alternative Routes: via Drumpark Street

The COUNCIL propose to make The Stirling Council (40 mph Speed Limit) (C83 and Lerrock Road, Doune and Auchinteck Road and Kilbryde and Brack, Dunblane) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

This Order proposes to introduce a new 40-mph Limit on the C83 and Lerrock Road, Doune and Auchinteck Road and Kilbryde & Brack, Dunblane. All restrictions are being implemented in the interests of road safety and to reflect increased use by vulnerable road users.
