Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
The County of Cornwall (Halwyn Road, Road From Halwyn Road To The A3075 At Trerew Cottage, Crantock) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 24th November 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Crantock. 

This prohibition is necessary for cabling and ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th December 2025 to 13th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Halwyn Road, Crantock for its entire length and Road From Halwyn Road To The A3075 At Trerew Cottage, Crantock between the junction of Halwyn Road and grid reference SW80507 59139.

The County of Cornwall (Victoria Business Park, Roche) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 24th November 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Roche.

This prohibition is necessary for repairs to damaged infrastructure and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th December 2025 to 11th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1830 and 0700, weekdays only.

Road affected - Victoria Business Park, Roche from near the self storage unit to near City West Commercials.

The County of Cornwall (Mount Wise, Newquay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 24th November 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Newquay.

This prohibition is necessary for gas connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th December 2025 to 11th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Mount Wise, Newquay between No 134 and No 104.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 24th November 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Padstow.

This prohibition is necessary for works to provide new supply and it is expected that the closure will be from 11th December 2025 to 16th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Harlyn Bay Road, Padstow between properties Polwen and Gulland.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Cassacawn Hill To Manor House, Bodmin) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 24th November 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin.

This prohibition is necessary for works to provide new customer service and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th December 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Cassacawn Hill To Manor House, Bodmin from junction with Road From Lanxon Road To Manor House to junction with Access To Tumrose Farm.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 24th November 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Roche. 

This prohibition is necessary for overhead cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th December 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Belowda Road, Roche from outside Belovely Chapel to outside property known as Three Chimneys.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 24th November 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Luxulyan.

This prohibition is necessary for footway patching works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th December 2025 to 10th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Junction West Of Kings Acre To Rosemelling, Luxulyan from The Kings Arms to No.2 St Julitta.

The County of Cornwall (Road From A390 At Bridge Crossing To Sams Lane, Par) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Par.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd December 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From A390 At Bridge Crossing To Sams Lane, Par between properties Lime Kiln Lodge and Sheepscombe.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 10th December 2024 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpath 30 in the Parish of Mawgan-in-Pydar between grid references SW8906865856 to SW8913065818.

The Order which commenced on the 11th December 2024 and is currently in force for up to six months will now continue until the 20th April 2026. The continuance of this Order, which was to have expired on the 20th November 2025 has been approved by the Secretary of State for Transport.

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order  is needed due to a hidden and collapsed badger sett. Path closed on the affected section only to those driving, leading or riding a horse.

Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 21st November 2023 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpath 6 in the Parish of St Wenn between grid references SW 95994:66128 to SW 96082:66153.

The Order which commenced on the 22nd November 2023 and is currently in force for up to six months will now continue until the 21st November 2026. The continuance of this Order, which was to have expired on the 21st November 2025 has been approved by the Secretary of State for Transport. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to missing footbridge and collapsing boardwalk.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

The County of Cornwall (B3263 Between Sanding Road And Junction East Of Higher Pendavey, Trewarmett, Camelford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 24th November 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Camelford.

This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement and pole testing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th December 2025 to 11th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - B3263 Between Sanding Road And Junction East Of Higher Pendavey, Trewarmett, Camelford between grid reference SX 09378 86138 and the junction with the B3314.
