AND (TRAFFIC REGULATION: RESTRICTIONS ON WAITING,
LOADING AND UNLOADING, STOPPING AND PARKING
PLACES) (VARIATION NO. _) ORDER 202_ - TRO/25/10
The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended to: 1. Introduce 20mph speed limits that operate at any time on Blackwell Rd, Fisher St, Fleet Ter, Granton Station Vw, Herring Rd, Well’s Gait & W Colonsay
Vw; 2. Introduce waiting restrictions that operate at any time on Blackwell Rd, Colonsay Vw, Fisher St, Fleet Ter, Granton Station Vw, Herring Rd, Waterfront Pk, Well’s Gait & W Colonsay Vw; 3. Introduce waiting restrictions that operate Mon-Fri, 08.30am to 5.30pm on Blackwell Rd, Colonsay Vw, Fisher St & W Colonsay Vw; 4. Introduce disabled bays that operate at any time on
Fisher St, Granton Station Vw, Herring Rd, Waterfront Pk & W Colonsay Vw; 5. Introduce car club bays that operate at any time on Blackwell Rd, Fisher St, Granton Station Vw & W Colonsay Vw; 6. Introduce electric vehicle charging bays that operate at any time on Blackwell Rd, Fisher St, Herring Rd & W Colonsay Vw; & 7. Remove a disabled bay that operates at any time on Waterfront Pk. Objectors must complete the form found via the “Proposals in consultation” link referred to above, or state their reasons in writing quoting reference TRO/25/10 to Traffic Orders at the above address, not later than 19/12/25. Objections should state the name and address of the objector. If you are responding to this consultation and your comments or objection relate to any specific location/s or element/s of the proposal, it would be helpful if you could identify them in your submission.
