HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin, wrth arfer y pwerau a roddir gan Adrannau 1(1), 2(1) i 2(3), 4, 32(1), 35 a 124 o, a Rhan IV o Atodlen 9 i, Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 a phob pŵer galluogi arall, yn bwriadu gwneud y Gorchymyn uchod.

Effaith y Gorchymyn arfaethedig fyddai:

Cyflwyno un lle parcio i Ddeiliaid Bathodyn Anabl yn Unig ym mhob un o’r lleoliadau a bennir yn yr Atodlen i’r Hysbysiad hwn.

Dirymu “Gorchymyn Cydgrynhoi Sir Caerfyrddin (Llanelli) (Cyfyngiadau Ar Aros a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) 2004” a “Gorchymyn Cydgyfnerthu Sir Gaerfyrddin (Llanelli) (Cyfyngu Ar Aros a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) (Amrywiad Rhif 38) 2020” i’r graddau y maent yn anghyson â’r cynigion a gynhwysir yma ac yn ymwneud â hyd ac ochrau ffyrdd a bennir yn yr Atodlen i’r Hysbysiad hwn.

Ceir manylion llawn y cynnig yn y Gorchymyn drafft, y gellir ei archwilio, ynghyd â’r cynlluniau sydd wedi’u hatodi iddo a datganiad o resymau’r Cyngor dros gynnig gwneud y Gorchymyn, yn HWB Gwasanaeth Cwsmeriaid Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin a leolir yn Rhif 36 Stryd Stepney, Llanelli SA15 3TR yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol.

The County of Carmarthenshire (Llanelli) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation (Variation Number 44) Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that Carmarthenshire County Council, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 1(1), 2(1) to 2(3), 4, 32(1), 35 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers, intends to make the above-named Order.

The effect of the proposed Order would be:

To introduce one Disabled Badge Holders Only parking bay at each of the locations specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

To revoke “The County of Carmarthenshire (Llanelli) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004” and “The County of Carmarthenshire (Llanelli) (Waiting Restriction and Street Parking Places) Consolidation (Variation No.38) Order 2020” insofar as they are inconsistent with the proposals herein contained and relate to the lengths and sides of roads specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

Full details of the proposal are contained in the draft Order which, together with the plans annexed thereto and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined at Carmarthenshire County Council’s Customer Service HWB located at No.36 Stepney Street, Llanelli SA15 3TR during usual office hours.
