HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sy’n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd yr C3226 Pentywyn, Caerfyrddin o fan sydd 845 metr i’r gogledd-ddwyrain o’r gyffordd â’r C3228 Pentywyn am bellter o 1.6km i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain.
Lle bo’n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.
Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig sydd am deithio tua’r de-orllewin o fan sydd i’r gogledd-ddwyrain o’r man lle mae’r ffordd ar gau fydd parhau i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain ar hyd yr C3226 Pentywyn, hyd at y gyffordd â’r C3227 Pentywyn. HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu, heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd yr U6216, Croesfan Reilffordd Ffynnongain, sydd 900 metr i’r gogledd o’r gyffordd â’r C2002 ym Mhwll-trap am bellter o 200 metr i gyfeiriad y gogledd.

Bydd y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn parhau mewn grym wrth i Network Rail gynnal asesiad yn dilyn pryderon diogelwch ynghylch symudiadau cerbydau ar y Groesfan Reilffordd. Bwriedir i’r gwaith ddechrau ddydd Iau 11 Rhagfyr 2025, am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis.

The County of Carmarthenshire (C3226 Pendine) (Temporary Prohibition of Vehicular Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the C3226 Pendine, Carmarthen, from a point 845 metres north east of its junction with the C3228 Pendine for a distance of 1.6km in a north easterly direction. Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
The Alternative Route for south west bound traffic from a point north east of the closure will be to proceed in a north easterly direction along the C3226 Pendine, to its junction with the C3227 Pendine. At the junction, turn left and continue in a north westerly direction along the C3227 Pendine, to its junction with the C3236 Llanddowror. At the junction, turn left and continue in a south westerly direction along the C3236 Llanddowror, to its junction with the B4314 Red Roses. At the junction, turn left and continue in a south easterly direction along the B4314 Red Roses, to its junction with the C3226 Pendine. At the junction, turn left and continue in a north easterly direction along the C3226 Pendine to return to a point south west of the closure. Vice versa for north east bound diverted traffic.
The Order will continue in force whilst works are carried out on behalf of Openreach to complete cabling work on the fibre network.
It is intended that the works commence on Monday 1st December 2025 to Monday 8th December 2025.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire (U6216, Ffynnongain Level Crossing) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the U6216, Ffynnongain Level Crossing, located 900 metres North of its junction with the C2002 at Pwll-trap for a distance of 200 metres in a Northerly direction.
The alternative route for Northbound traffic will be to proceed in a Southerly direction along the U6216 to its junction with the C2002. At the junction, turn left onto the C2002 and continue in an Easterly direction to its junction with the C2001. At the junction, turn left onto the C2001 and proceed in a North Westerly direction to its junction with the U6216. At the junction, turn left onto the U6216 and continue in a Southerly direction to return to a point North of the closure.
Vice versa for Southbound traffic.
The proposed Order will continue in force whilst Network Rail carry out an assessment following safety concerns regarding vehicle movements at the Level Crossing.
It is intended that the works commence on Thursday 11th December 2025 for a period of eighteen months.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire (Public Footpath 22/15 (part), Laugharne Town) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along that length of Footpath 22/15 (Part) specified in Column 1 of the Schedule to this Notice in a direction other than that specified in Column 2 of the said Schedule.
The proposed Order will continue in force to allow safe working of the embankment stabilisation behind Laugharne Waste Water Treatment Works along the length of Footpath 22/15 (Part).
It is intended that the works will commence on 8th December 2025 until the 23rd December 2025.
Where appropriate, temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding six months unless the Welsh Government give a direction under Section 15(5) of the 1984 Act to extend the duration of the closure.
