Rannoch Rise - Prohibition of Waiting

THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (RANNOCH RISE, ARNOLD) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025 (7293)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No.1086), as amended, the effects of which will be in respect of roads at Arnold in the Borough of Gedling:

1. Proposed prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the following lengths of road: -

CALVERTON ROAD, ARNOLD (north-west side) From a point 11 metres south-west of its junction with Rannoch Rise in a north-easterly direction to a point 11 metres north-east of that junction.

RANNOCH RISE, ARNOLD (both sides) From its junction with Calverton Road in a north-westerly direction for 11 metres. Relevant documents may be inspected at during opening hours: -

Written comments or objections you have may be shared either by letter or email to tmconsultation@viaem.co.uk (stating grounds and quoting ref: 7293) and must be received by the 24th December 2025.

The proposals are designed to prevent parking at the junction which is causing issues with visibility.
