What is happening?
THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL OF STOCKPORT (DERBY RANGE, PORTLAND GROVE, BIRCH AVENUE & MOORFIELD GROVE, HEATON MOOR) (REVOCATION) NOTICE 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan Borough Council of Stockport proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic Act 1991 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which will be Revocation of Resident Permit Parking at Derby Range, South East side from a point 4 metres South West of the South Western kerb line of Portland Grove for a distance of 11 metres in a South Westerly direction. From a point 22 metres South West of the South Western kerb line of Portland Grove for a distance of 9 metres in a South Westerly direction. Portland Grove, South West side from a point 5 metres South East of the South Eastern kerb line of Derby Range for a distance of 30 metres in a South Easterly direction. Birch Avenue, South West side from a point 3 metres North West of the North Western kerb line of Derby Range in a North Westerly direction for a distance of 12 metres in a North Westerly direction. From a point 21 metres North West of the North Western kerb line of Derby Range for a distance of 12 metres in a North Westerly direction. Revocation of Resident Permit Parking 5pm - 8am at Derby Range, South East side from a point 3.5 metres South West of the South Western kerb line of Thornton Place for a distance of 30 metres in a South Westerly direction. From a point 2 metres North East of the North Eastern kerb line of Thornton Place for a distance of 5 metres in a North Easterly direction. From a point 14.5 metres North East of the North Eastern kerb line of Thornton Place for a distance of 5 metres in a North Easterly direction. North West side from a point 3 metres North East of the North Easterly kerb line of Birch Avenue for a distance of 30 metres in a North Easterly direction. From a point 5.5 metres South West of the South Westerly kerb line of Birch Avenue for a distance of 25 metres in a South Westerly direction.
