THE BOROUGH OF

BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN

PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT OF TRAFFIC CALMING MEASURES

(VARIOUS ROADS, BLACKBURN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, in accordance with the provisions of Section 90A of the Highways Act, 1980 and all other enabling powers propose to establish Traffic Calming Measures at the locations mentioned in the Schedules to this Notice

Any queries concerning the proposals should be made by telephoning the Traffic Team via 01254 585585. Plans showing the location of the traffic calming measures may be examined at the Information Desks, Town Hall, Blackburn and Town Hall, Darwen on Mons–Fri inclusive between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. (excluding Bank Holidays). Written objections to the Order, specifying the grounds thereof, should be sent to the undersigned to be received no later than 15 December 2025.
