TEMPORARY CLOSURE 400058 ELLWOOD ROAD
(COLEFORD TOWN) FOREST OF DEAN DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 400058 Ellwood Road from approximately 100 metres from the
property known as ‘Newlyn’ for a distance of approximately 25 metres. The reason for the said closure is for water works for a new site.
The said road is expected to be closed from 1st December 2025 until 5th December 2025 or until the said works have been completed. For further information, please contact Gloucestershire Highways on 08000 514 514 or visit www.gloucestershire.gov.uk.
Alternative Route – as signed on site. Pedestrian access to premises on or next to the road, and emergency access will be maintained.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE C43 BLAISDON ROAD
(WESTBURY ON SEVERN PARISH) FOREST OF DEAN DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C43 Blaisdon Road from outside the property known as ‘The Cottage’
to outside the property known as ‘Whiteacres’ for a distance of approximately
200 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for new signage works.

DEAN DISTRICT, THIS NOTICE REPLACES THE ONE ISSUED 27TH AUGUST 2025 DUE TO DATE CHANGE
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C46 Road from Hayden Farm to the junction with Strand Lane
from outside of the property known as ‘Cleeve Bungalow’ for a distance of
approximately 150 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for drainage works.
There will be no waiting permitted throughout the duration of the said works.

temporarily close part of the 400190 Bailey Lane Road from outside the
property known as ‘Hudnals Cottage’ for a distance of approximately 1170 metres westwards.
The reason for the said closure is for underground and overhead cabling works.

part of the B4228 Coleford Road from its junction with Boughspring Lane for a distance of approximately 125 metres in a southwest direction along
the B4228.
The reason for the said closure is for new water connection works.

part of the C46 Road from Hayden Farm to its Junction with Strand Lane from
outside the property known as ‘Pink Cottage’ for a distance of approximately
250 metres in a southeast direction.

The reason for the said closure is for maintenance works by Severn Trent Water.
The said road is expected to be closed from 08:00hrs on 15th December 2025 until 17:00hrs on 16th December 2025 only or until the said works have been completed. For further information, please contact Gloucestershire
