RHODDIR HYSBYSIAD TRWY HYN fod y Cyngor, fel yr Awdurdod Priffyrdd ar gyfer Ynysawdre, wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), wedi creu Gorchymyn a fydd yn cau dros dro y llwybrau troed a nodir yn yr atodlen isod. Mae’r Gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol er budd diogelwch y cyhoedd yn ystod gwaith cryfhau ac adnewyddu Trosbont Goetre-hen.

Atodlen - Llwybr Ceffylau 5 Ynysawdre - yn arwain o gefn Tŷ Elms, Heol Maesteg gan deithio tua’r dwyrain am oddeutu 45 metr. Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 27/11/2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am uchafswm o chwe mis neu nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, p’un bynnag yw’r cynharaf. Fodd bynnag, bydd y cyfyngiad yn berthnasol dim ond ar adegau ac i’r graddau a ddangosir o bryd i’w gilydd ar arwyddion traffig a osodir gan Reoliadau a Chyfarwyddiadau Cyffredinol Arwyddion Traffig 2016. Mae’r llwybr amgen yn mynd ar hyd y rhwydwaith priffyrdd.

BRIDGEND COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL (TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) (BRIDLEWAY 5, YNYSAWDRE) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council as the Highway Authority for Ynysawdre in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) has made an Order which temporarily closes the footpaths set out in the schedule below. The Order is necessary in the interest of public safety during strengthening and refurbishment works to Coedtrehen Over-Bridge.

Schedule - Bridleway 5 Ynysawdre - leading from the rear of Ty Elms, Maesteg road and proceeding in an easterly direction for approximately 45 metres. The Order will come into force on the 27/11/2025 and will continue in force for a maximum period of six months or until the works are completed whichever is the sooner. The restriction shall however only apply at such time and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. The alternative route is via the highway network. Dated: 25/11/2025
