(ELECTRIC VEHICLE RECHARGING PARKING PLACES) (NO. 4) ORDER 2025

1. Notice is hereby given that the Portsmouth City Council made the above Order on 21st November 2025. The effect of the Order will be:
At the following locations; to introduce one on-street "Electric Vehicle Charging Bays" (parking only for electric vehicles being re-charged). The EV bay will replace any existing control where appropriate;

3. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks from the date of the Order, make application for this purpose to the High Court.
4. This Order comes into operation on 19th January 2026.
