Perry Road, No Waiting At Any Time Parking Restrictions

ESSEX COUNTY COUNCIL

(Harlow District) (Prohibition Of Waiting, Loading And Stopping) And (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.78) Order 202*.

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the order below under S1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

SCHEDULE:

To Implement: 'No Waiting at Any Time' Restrictions in the District of Harlow.

Road: Perry Road

Description: Both Sides: From a point approximately 14 metres South of the centre line of its junction with Pegrams Road, South for approximately 36 metres.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting map tile: TL440 080 Revision 2 - Revision 3.
