Wyke Lane, Wyke - Temporary Road Closure due to Water Works

WYKE LANE, WYKE
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works to be executed on or near Wyke Lane, Wyke has made the above-named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Wyke Lane from a point outside No. 602 Wyke Lane to a point outside No. 675 Wyke Lane.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Wyke Lane (unaffected section), Bradford Road, Whitehall Road, Westfield Lane and vice versa.

The Order comes into operation at 19:00 hours on the 24th of November 2025 and remains in force until 23:00 hours on the 24th of November 2025 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
