Rhoddir rhybudd trwy hyn yn unol ag Adran 70 Deddf Darpariaethau Amrywiol Llywodraeth Leol bod Cyngor Sir Powys yn bwriadu amrywio’r ffioedd a wnaed mewn cysylltiad â Thrwyddedu Cerbydau Hacni a Cherbydau i’w Llogi’n Breifat ac y bydd y ffioedd hyn yn dod i rym ar 1 Ebrill 2026:

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 70 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) 1976 Act that Powys County Council intends to vary the fees made in connection with Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing effective from 1st April 2026:
*Nid yw’n cynnwys costau gwiriadau’r Gwasanaeth Datgelu a Gwahardd (DBS) Rhaid anfon unrhyw wrthwynebiad i’r ffioedd trwy lythyr o fewn wyth diwrnod ar hugain i ddyddiad cyhoeddi’r hysbysiad hwn i’r cyfeiriad isod: Uwch Swyddog Trwyddedu, Cyngor Sir Powys, Welshpool, Powys, SY21 7PH - licensing@powys.gov.uk
*excludes cost of DBS check Any objection to the fees must be made in writing within twenty-eight days of the date of publication of this notice to the address set out below: Licensing Manager, Ty Maldwyn, Brook Street, Welshpool, SY21 7PH - licensing@powys.gov.uk
