PLANNING NOTICE

The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015

Notice of applications for planning permission under Article 15 of the Order

Applications Affecting Listed Buildings And/or Conservation Areas

All comments must be received within 21 days and will go on public view

PL/25/1455: Crowne Plaza Reading, Richfield Avenue, Reading, RG1 8BD: Advertisement consent for new Village Hotels signage and direction totems at the former Crowne Plaza Hotel site.

PL/25/1539: Flat 2, 12 Abbots Walk, Reading, RG1 3HW: Full replacement of existing timber fascia boards to the roofline.

PL/25/1597: 18 Church Road, Caversham, Reading, RG4 7AD:

The construction of a 1.5-storey side extension and a double-storey rear extension. Removal of a masonry upstand/short brick wall and replacement with glass guarding and the regrading of existing garden steps.

PL/25/1630 & PL/25/1067: University of Reading, London Road, Reading, RG1 5AQ: Alterations and repairs to the Fernery attached to the rear of the Acacias.

PL/24/0958: 2 Norman Place, Reading, RG1 8DA: Demolition of existing office and substation buildings and residential-led site redevelopment within 1-11 storey buildings comprising residential (Class C3) and ground floor commercial uses (Class E), together with various associated works including replacement pedestrian and vehicular access routes, car/cycle parking, hard and soft landscaping and a public open space adjacent to the river.
