Notice is hereby given that National Highways Limitedintends to make an Order on the A2 Trunk Road in the County of Kent, under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 because works are proposed to be executed on facilities adjacent to the road.

The effect of the Order would be to authorise the 24-hour closure of:-

These measures would be in the interests of road safety while contractors undertake the installation of concrete stands for enhanced litter bins and all
associated works.

It is expected that the work would last for approximately 3 days starting at 07:00 on or after Wednesday 17th December 2025.

The Order would come into force on the 12th December 2025 and have a maximum duration of eighteen months, ceasing when the works are complete.
