SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:

A) White Lion Park (Part), Malmesbury; from its property known as No.57 White Lion Park to its property known as No.38 White Lion Park to enable Openreach to carry out excavation works and other associated works. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 15 December 2025 and the closure will be required for 3 days. B) Chivers Road (Part), Devizes; from its junction with Kiln Close for a distance of approximately 65m in a northerly direction to enable Openreach to carry out works to lay ducting, install a box and other associated works.

Alternative route via Chivers Road (unaffected length) – Osmund Road – Alan Cobham Road – Brickley Lane – Chivers Road (unaffected length) and vice versa.

C) A342 (Part), Devizes and Stert; from its junction with Sleight Lane to its junction with UC 035901 to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing, replacement of existing road markings, adjustment of ironwork and associated works.

Alternative route via A342 (unaffected length) – A345 – The Packway – B3086 – A360 – A342 (unaffected length) and vice versa.

Alternative route HGVs via A342 (unaffected length) – A345 – The Packway – B3086 – A360 – B3098 – High Street – Cheverell Road – A360 – A342 (unaffected length) and vice versa.

D) UC 197201 (Part), Ogbourne St Andrew; from its junction with UC 197202 for a distance of approximately 335m in a north westerly direction to enable Openreach to carry out excavate to lay duct and other associated works. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 15 December 2025 and the closure will be required for 5 days. E) C189 (Part), Baydon; from its junction with Barley Fields for a distance of approximately 191m in a south westerly direction to enable Openreach to carry out tree cutting. Alternative route via C189 (unaffected length) – C29 – C146 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 19 December 2025 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. Alternative route via C76 – C90 – C101 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 18 December 2025 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 2 days. G) Post Office Lane, Broad Hinton; from its junction with Summers Lane to its junction with A4361 to enable Openreach to carry out ducting work and other associated works. Alternative route via A4361 – Summers Lane and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 25 November 2025 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 for 3 days. J) C38 (Part), Alton; from its property known as Honeystreet Farm for a distance of approximately 880m in a northerly direction to enable Openreach to access to underground BT structure to repair service – No structural changes. L) Gloucester Road (Part), Malmesbury; from its junction with Park Road to its junction with Katifer Lane to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out core sampling works and other associated works. Alternative route via Gloucester Road (unaffected length) – Bristol Street – Sherston Road – Parklands – Park Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 24 November 2025.

N) C85 (Part), Crudwell; from outside its property known as Laynes Farm Bungalow for a distance of approximately 100m in a south easterly direction to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out masonry repair works and other associated works. Alternative route via C85 (unaffected length) – C83 – C76 – A429 – C85 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 10 November 2025 will now recommence on 24 November 2025 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 16:30 for 3 days. This Order which previously came into operation on 04 November 2025 will now recommence on 24 November 2025 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 for 3 days. P) G92 (Part), Crudwell; from its property known as Fairacre for a distance of approximately 70m in a westerly direction to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out pipe repair works and other associated works. Alternative route via G92 (unaffected length) – A429 – C76 – C83 – G92 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 17 November 2025 will now recommence on 26 November 2025 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 16:30 for 3 days. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.

C) C118 (Part), Bremhill; from its junction with A3102 to its junction with C135.

D) C135 (Part), Bremhill; from its junction with C118 to its property known as Maison Histoire to enable Wessex Water to carry out mains replacement works and other associated works.

Alternative route east via C135 (unaffected length) – Catcombe Street – Beacon Hill – A3102 – C118 (unaffected length) and vice versa.

Alternative route north via Turf House Lane (unaffected length) – Wick Hill from Maude Heaths Causeway North East to Turf House Lane – Maude Heath Causeway – C134 – C118 (unaffected length) and vice versa.

Alternative route south west phase 1 via C112 – C113 – Wick Hill from Maude Heaths Causeway North East to Turf House Lane – Turf House Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa.

Alternative route south west phase 2 via A3102 – A4 – C113 – Wick Hill from Maude Heaths Causeway North East to Turf House Lane – Turf House Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa.

The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 24 November 2025 and the closure will be required until 20 March 2026. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all users:

Footpath 36 (Part), Langley Burrell Without; from its junction with Footpath 28, Chippenham for a distance of approximately 205m in a northerly direction to enable development of 230 new dwellings including associated infrastructure and landscaping. Alternative route via signed route and vice versa.

The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.

This Order will come into operation on 15 December 2025 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 14 June 2026. Access will be maintained where possible although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 6 months.
