What is happening?

NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDER THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS) (TAXI RANKS)
(AMENDMENT ORDER NO. 2025.2137344 - ROYAL PARADE) ORDER

The Council of the City of Plymouth in exercise of their powers under the relevant Sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) (“the Act”), and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, hereby intend to make the above named Order:-

The effect of the order shall be to;
1. Add/Amend the Taxi Rank on Royal Parade

Notice is hereby given that Plymouth City Council, under section 23 of
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As amended); propose to install
new controlled pedestrian crossings as detailed below:
