(Restriction Of Waiting) Order 2025

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the North Herts Council (pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council) proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

A brief description of the lengths of road affected by these proposals are set out in Schedule 1 to this notice.

Full details of the proposals are contained in the draft Orders, the plans and the statements of reasons which may be inspected at the offices of North Herts Council, Gernon Road, Letchworth, or may be viewed on the Council's website at: www.north-herts.gov.uk, and by link to: https://www.north-herts.gov.uk/parking-orders-and-reviews, from
20th November 2025.
