Footpath 30.41/202/1 Hackness, Order 2025 No 476 We have made this
Order to prohibit any pedestrian from using the Public Footpath 30.41/202/1,
in the Parish of Hackness, between grid reference SE96788968 &
SE96818972 for a temporary period of 6 months (subject to access to
premises) between 27/11/25 & 05/05/26, due to an unsafe bridge. This
Order follows Emergency Notice No 199. The closure period will be

Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, Consolidation
Order 2011, Amendment No Tbc, Order 2025 Notice is hereby given that
The North Yorkshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections
1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) & 45 to 49 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the
Traffic Management Act 2004 & all other enabling powers, after consultation
with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to
the 1984 Act, the effect of which will be to amend “North Yorkshire County
Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (Borough
of Scarborough) Consolidation Order 2011” by introducing the restrictions
specified in the table below:- Table - Prohibition of Waiting & Loading &
Provision of Parking Scarborough, Rowan Close, South side from a point
124 metres south of its western junction with the west east arm of Rowan
Close to a point 131 metres south of its western junction with the west east
arm of Rowan Close – Disabled Parking Bay. A copy of the draft Order,
together with a map showing the roads affected & a statement of the
Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at
County Hall, Northallerton & at Scarborough Library, Vernon Road,
Scarborough YO11 2NN during normal office hours from 20/11/25 to
11/12/25 & also viewed online at www.northyorks.gov.uk/roadworks-map or
www.northyorks.gov.uk/traffic-regulation-orders. If you wish to object to the
proposed Order, you should send the grounds for your objection, in writing,
addressed to Area 3 Highways Depot, Discovery Way, Whitby, North

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Wharfedale, Filey, Order 2025, No.
475 We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using
Wharfedale, Filey for a temporary period (subject to access to premises)
between 01/12/25 & 01/06/26, due to Northern Gas Network upgrade works.
However, the max duration of this Order is until 01/12/26 in case of any
unforeseen delays. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a
local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. This
restriction follows Emergency Notice No. 201 which commenced on
