RHODDIR RHYBUDD fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy wedi gwneud Gorchymyn i wahardd unrhyw gerddwr rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o lwybr troed cyhoeddus rhif 4 yng nghymuned Dolgarrog o Taylor Avenue ar gyfeirnod grid SH 76909 67313 ac i fyny allt serth i gyfeiriad igam-ogam, yna aiff y llwybr ymlaen i gyfeiriad y de-orllewin gan orffen ar y gyffordd â llwybr troed rhif 1 ar gyfeirnod grid SH 76351 66871.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn oherwydd y tebygolrwydd o berygl i’r cyhoedd a daw i rym ar 24 Tachwedd 2025. Rhagwelir y bydd y llwybr troed ar gau nes bydd y gwaith arfaethedig wedi’i gwblhau, yn amodol ar uchafswm o 6 mis.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)

Conwy County Borough Council

(Footpath 4 Dolgarrog) (Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians) Order 2025

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council has made an Order to prohibit any pedestrian to proceed in that section of public footpath no 4 in the community of Dolgarrog commencing from Taylor Avenue at grid reference SH 76909 67313 and ascending the steep slope in a zigzag manner, the path then proceeds south westerly to end at the junction with footpath No 1 at grid reference SH 76351 66871.

The Order is necessary for the reason of likelihood of danger to the public and will come into effect on 24 November 2025. It is anticipated that the footpath will be closed until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, subject to a maximum period of 6 months.
