Woodville Road - Temporary Prohibition of Traffic To Introduction of A One-Way System

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to prevent any vehicle from entering Melton Road at its junction with Springfield Road, Melton Road at its junction with Institute Road.
The temporary Order is required for the introduction of a One-Way System.
An alternative route for vehicles affected by this Order will be signed on site.
Access to frontages will be maintained as necessary.
These prohibitions shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
The Order will come into operation on Monday 24th November 2025 and will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the works are completed whichever is the earlier.
