DIVERSION OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH FP1317058 AT LOWER CROFT HOUSE FARM, JINNY LANE, ROUGHLEE
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2025
The above order, made on 17 November 2025, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public footpath running from Lower Croft House Farm at its southern point at SD8324 3982 (Point A) to a gate north of Lower Croft House Farm at SD8325 3988 (Point B) to a line running from FP1317058 adjacent to Lower Croft House Farm at SD8324 3982 (Point A) running on the north side of the farmhouse to a gate north of Lower Croft House Farm at SD8325 3988 (Point B) as shown on the order map. A copy of the order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Number One Market Street, Nelson, Lancashire, BB9 7LJ. Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to the Head of Legal and Democratic Services, The Borough Council of Pendle, Nelson Town Hall, Market Street, Nelson, Lancashire, BB9 7LG not later than 22 December 2025. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Borough Council of Pendle may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn wil be sent with the order.
