ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(CENTENARY WAY, BURNLEY, BURNLEY BOROUGH) (REVOCATION OF RESTRICTED ROAD) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Speed Limit Order under Sections 82(2) and 83(2) of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to revoke the "Lancashire County Council (A646 Rossendale Road/Glen View Road Burnley, A671 Centenary Way Burnley and A679 Burnley Road Hapton, Burnley Borough) (Part Revocation, 30 and 50 mph Speed Limit) Order 2012" insofar as it relates to A671 Centenary Way in Schedule 2.
Where no further speed limit is re-introduced, the speed limit will revert to restricted road status by virtue of street lighting, where a 30mph speed limit will apply.

A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Burnley Borough Council, Town Hall, Manchester Road, Burnley, BB11 9SA and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
