Edinburgh: York Lane - Temporary Road Restriction and Traffic Regulation

(YORK LANE) (TEMPORARY ROAD RESTRICTION AND TRAFFIC REGULATION)
ORDER 2025 - TEMP/25/147

The Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate building development works, no person shall: (a) drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on any part of; & (b) except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on both sides of York La (east to west leg), from the extended north-east kerbline of York La (north to south leg), eastwards for 33m. Existing parking restrictions will be suspended on the affected section of road described in (b). The alternative route for through vehicular traffic in relation to the road closure of York La (east to west leg) is York La (east to west leg), Broughton St, Albany St and York La (north to south leg). The Order shall have effect from 24/11/25 to 13/04/27.
