Enfield, Multiple Roads, Temporary Closures Due To Various Works

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION (14.1)

The council of the London Borough have made the Temporary Traffic Orders described below.

MELBOURNE AVENUE N13 - 4655

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works

• Operational Date and times: “At any time” on 19th November 2025 for 7 days or until works are completed.

• The general effect of the Order will be to suspend parking on this road from No. 1a, eastwards, for approximately 60 metres on both sides of the road.

THE RIDGEWAY EN2, FORE STREET N18, EAST LODGE LANE EN2 - 4656

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Highway works

• Operational Date and times:

• The Ridgeway – 20th November 2025 between 21:00hrs–05:00hrs for 1 night or until works are completed; and

• Fore Street – 24th November 2025 between 21:00hrs–05:00hrs for 4 nights or until works are completed; and

• East Lodge Lane – 21st November 2025 between 20:00hrs–05:00hrs for 1 night or until works are completed;

• The general effect of the Order will be to:

  • The Ridgeway – close this road and suspend parking from North Lodge Cottages, eastwards for approximately 70 metres; and

  • Fore Street – close this road and suspend parking from the Haringey Borough boundary to the junction with A406 Sterling Way, on both sides of the road; and

• East Lodge Lane – close this road and suspend parking for approximately 70 metres, between Leslie and Braeaside

Whilst the road is closed local diversions will be in place.

ACCESS ROAD, FORE STREET N18 - 4657

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works

• Operational Date and times: 21st November 2025 between 21:00hrs–05:00hrs for 1 night or until works are completed.

• The general effect of the Order will be to close this road close this road from a point between Nos. 205-219.

MAYFIELD ROAD EN3 - 4658

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works

• Operational Date and times: 22nd November 2025 between 08:00hrs–18:00hrs for 2 days or until works are completed.

• The general effect of the Order will be to close this road and suspend parking from a point between No.s 1 - 15/13 and No.s 26/28 – No.s 40/42, on both sides of the road.

  Whilst the road is closed local diversions will be in place.

MOLLISON AVENUE EN3 - 4659

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works

• Operational Date and times: 21st November 2025 between 22:00hrs–05:00hrs for 1 night or until works are completed.

• The general effect of the Order will be to close this road at its junction with Hertford Road, eastwards for approximately 30 metres.

  Whilst the road is closed local diversions will be in place.

NUNNS ROAD, PARSONAGE LANE, MANOR ROAD, CHASE SIDE, HOLTWITES HILL EN2 - 4660

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works

• Operational Date and times: 22nd November 2025 between 08:00hrs–18:00hrs for 1 day or until works are completed.

• The general effect of the Order will be to:

  • Nunns Road – close this road on the north side and suspend parking, from its junction with Parsonage Lane to its junction with Manor Road; and

  • Nunns Road – close this road on the south side and suspend parking from its junction with Parsonage Lane for approximately 30 metres southwards; and

  • Holtwhites Hill – suspend parking on this road from its junction with Chase Side EN2, to No. 6/8 on both sides of the carriageway; and

  • Parsonage Lane – suspend parking on this road from the existing restrictions at the junction with Chase Side EN2, to No. 29 on both sides of the carriageway; and

  • Manor Road – close this road on the east side, at its junction with Nunns Road; and suspend parking from its junction with Chase Side EN2 to No. 29 on both sides of the carriageway; and

  • Chase Side – suspend parking on this road, between its junction with Parsonage Lane and Manor Road on both sides of the carriageway and from its junction with Holtwhites Hill for approximately 40 metres southwards; and

• Access Road, Chase Side – suspend parking on the east side, between Chase Side EN2 and Parsonage Lane.

Whilst these roads are closed local diversions will be in place.

GROVE ROAD N11 - 4661

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works

• Operational Date and times: “At any time” 24th November 2025 for 12 days or until works are completed.

• The general effect of the Order will be to suspend parking on this road from its junction with High Road N11 on both sides of the road.

  Whilst these roads are closed local diversions will be in place.

LANCASTER ROAD EN2 - 4662

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works

• Operational Date and times: “At any time” 17th November 2025 for 6 days or until works are completed.

• The general effect of the Order will be to suspend parking on Lancaster Road EN2 between No.s 137–161.

BUSH HILL N21 - 4663

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works

• Operational Date and times: “At any time” on 25th November 2025 for 4 days or until works are completed.

• The general effect of the Order will be to close this road from outside No.s 124/122, northwards for approximately 30 metres.

  Whilst these roads are closed local diversions will be in place.
