The Renfrewshire Council has made the undernoted Amendment Order in terms of the The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Section 51 of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2019

(Pavement Parking Exemption)
(Consolidation & Amendment No.1) Order 2025.
The Order will come into operation on the 24th November 2025 was advertised in the Paisley & Renfrewshire Gazette on Wednesday 24th September 2025. The effect of the Order being as stated in the said notice. Copies of the Order and map relative thereto are available for inspection on the Tell me Scotland Website for 6 weeks from the 14th November 2025 Ref (TRO 1007).

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the 14th November 2025, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
