NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Local Inquiry will be held by an Inspector appointed for the purpose by the Secretary of State for Transport into his proposal to make an Order under Section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of a western part width of Dobbin Hill, comprising highway verge, at Sheffield in the City of Sheffield in order to enable development to be carried out as permitted by Sheffield City Council, under reference 23/03216/FUL.
THE INQUIRY will be held at The Cutlers
Hall, 7-15 Church Street, Sheffield City Centre, Sheffield, S1 1HG, commencing at 10:00am on 16 December 2025.
