PROPOSED INTRODUCTION OFRAISED JUNCTION PLATEAU AND FLAT TOP ROAD HUMP JAMES STREET / SWIFTSURE AVENUE AND ISLINGTON WAY, ORDSALL
NOTICE is hereby given that Salford City Council proposes to introduce:
Raised Junction Plateau - full width of carriageway, 75mm high (+/- 15mm), width of the carriageway with approach ramps with gradients no steeper than 1:10 on:
James Street / Swiftsure Avenue from the easterly extended kerbline of James Street for 14m in a north westerly direction on James Street; 9.9m in a southerly direction on James Street and 17.1m in an easterly direction crossing into Swiftsure Avenue.
Raised Flat Top Road Hump - full width of carriageway, 75mm high (+/- 15mm), length of 5.5m with approach ramps with gradients no steeper than 1:10 on:
Islington Way, the mid-point of the hump will be located 5.8m south of the southerly extended kerbline of Barrow Street.
