TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED)

Planning application 24/00487/OUT has been received by Tewkesbury Borough Council

Applicant: St. Modwen Homes
Site Address: MOD Vehicle Depot, Aston Carrant Road, Aston-on-carrant, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire
Proposal: Outline application for demolition and redevelopment for up to 360 dwellings, along with associated parking, access roads, walking and cycling infrastructure, public open space, temporary community use, landscaping, sustainable urban drainage, and infrastructure. All matters reserved except for access Notice is given that St. Modwen Homes is applying to Tewkesbury Borough Council for planning permission for the above proposal. The application is accompanied by an environmental statement. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the environmental statement, and other documents submitted with the application during normal office hours in the main reception at Tewkesbury Borough Council, Public Services Centre, Gloucester Road, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. GL20 5TT. The application plans and documents can also be viewed on the Council’s website at www.tewkesbury.gov. uk./planning Computers are available in the main reception of the Council Offices in order for you to view the plans and Environmental Statement if necessary. The Offices are open Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm and 8.30am - 4.00pm on Friday

Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement from Savills, Dock House, Welsh Back, Bristol, BS1 4SB , 01179100388, so long as stocks last, at a charge of £400. The Environmental Statement may also be purchased on CD or USB drive at a cost of £25.00. 

A copy of the Non-technical Summary can also be provided from the above address, while stocks last. Representations can be made during the period until 2nd January 2026. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application can make them, in writing, within that period to, Tewkesbury Borough Council Offices, Gloucester Rd, Tewkesbury GL20 5TT, online at www.tewkesbury.gov.uk/planning, and also by email to developmentapplications@tewkesbury.gov.uk. quoting reference no. 24/00487/OUT. All representations will be published on our website.

Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act, 1985 your representations will be available for inspection and copying by the public.
