The application is accompanied by an environmental statement. The application plans and documents can also be viewed on the Council’s website at www.tewkesbury.gov. uk./planning Computers are available in the main reception of the Council Offices in order for you to view the plans and Environmental Statement if necessary. The Offices are open Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm and 8.30am - 4.00pm on Friday

Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement from Savills, Dock House, Welsh Back, Bristol, BS1 4SB , 01179100388, so long as stocks last, at a charge of £400. The Environmental Statement may also be purchased on CD or USB drive at a cost of £25.00. 

A copy of the Non-technical Summary can also be provided from the above address, while stocks last. Representations can be made during the period until 2nd January 2026. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application can make them, in writing, within that period to, Tewkesbury Borough Council Offices, Gloucester Rd, Tewkesbury GL20 5TT, online at www.tewkesbury.gov.uk/planning, and also by email to developmentapplications@tewkesbury.gov.uk. quoting reference no. 24/00487/OUT. All representations will be published on our website.
