THE BOROUGH OF BROXBOURNE (PARK LANE ACCESS ROAD, CHESHUNT GOLF CLUB) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Broxbourne Borough Council with the consent of Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The general effect of the Order will be to amend existing parking places in parts of Cheshunt, as specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
Documents giving more detailed particulars may be inspected from 20 November 2025 to 27 November 2025, by prior appointment, during office hours, at the offices of Broxbourne Borough Council, Borough Offices, Bishops’ College, Churchgate, Cheshunt, Herts EN8 9XQ.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may within 6 weeks from the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose. Schedule: No waiting at any time - that section of road listed below and as set out in the Order and accompanying plan: Park Lane Access Road, Cheshunt Golf Club.
