Tranby Ride, Anlaby (Part) - Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic For Works
What is happening?
THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (1) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC TRANBY RIDE, ANLABY (PART)
Notice is hereby given that East Riding of Yorkshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Tranby Ride, Anlaby (between the junction of Tower View and the dead end part of the road) commencing 8 December 2025 (between 08.00 hours and 18.00 hours) to enable telecoms maintenance using a MEWP on site throughout. The road closure is necessary to enable the works to be carried out in a manner consistent with ensuring the safety of the public.
The Order is valid for 18 months, but it is anticipated that the works will be completed within the given time. There is no alternative route for traffic affected by this closure.
