What is happening?

REDCAR AND CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL
(OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2003 (AMENDMENT) ORDER NO 2 2025

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) the effect of which will be to amend the Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council (Off Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2003(“the Order”) by introducing 4 hours waiting no return within 4 hours restrictions on the Way of St Hild and Beach Road Car Parks at Skinningrove. No charges will apply. The time restriction will not apply to tractors or boats.

Full details of the proposal are contained in a draft Order which, together with a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Orders may be examined at the offices below between the hours of 11am and 3pm Monday to Friday or at https://www.redcar-cleveland.gov. uk/resident/roads-and-travel/highway-notices/Pages/ Permanent-Highway-Notices.aspx

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the undersigned at the address below for the attention of Emma Garbutt or by email emma.garbutt@ redcar-cleveland.gov.uk no later than 12.12.25
