PUBLIC NOTICE
THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL
(DANESCOURT ROAD) (TEMPORARY
PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on Danescourt Road from outside property 2a to its junction with Stockwell End.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken from 1 December 2025 until 10 December 2025.
The diversion route is: Stockwell Road, Wergs Road and vice versa.
The Order is required to facilitate an electricity and gas service connection by ESP Electricity & E S Pipelines.
